the Indian side, were eliminated in an encounter at the Rampur sector in Jammu and Kashmir's Uri district. Following the encounter, the Indian Army, in a press conference, said that five AK-47 assault rifles, eight pistols and 70 hand grenades were recovered from the terrorists.
In another story, All India Management Association (AIMA) conferred Kalli Purie, vice-chairperson of the India Today Group, with the 'Outstanding Contribution to Media' award in the 11th edition of its award ceremony held on Wednesday. The awards aim to promote management in various spheres, including commerce, art, and cinema. “This award is very special to me, coming in the time of the endless cycles of lockdown and unlockdown of corona, which has tested every dimension of my leadership," Kalli Purie said after receiving the award.
