Emphasising collaborative and experiential learning Akshay Munjal, President, BML Munyjal University orldwide the education system is undergoing a tectonic transformation. The boundaries are blurring, and it is increasingly becoming "Global". Curriculum and pedagogies must be designed in a manner which enables a student to be able to effectively apply those in any settings. Another challenge is preparing students to capitalize on opportunities which either currently don't exist or will require greatly altered skill sets. As educators, we at BML Munjal University believe in the power of education to transform lives, inspire and nurture the leaders of tomorrow. We are constantly working to transform higher education in India by creating worldclass and innovative teaching, learning and research methods, resulting in a creative and stimulating environment. We put a strong emphasis on collaborating with international universities for experiential learning and exchange programs. A deeper focus is placed on experiential learning which enables the students to apply the concepts taught to them, imbibe them, rather than just learn them for their examinations. New age skills such as Artificial Intelligence and a deeper understanding of Data Sciences have been incorporated into the Management course, to make students future-proof in the constantly changing market. Beyond that, the spirit of Entrepreneurship is instilled in every student of the University, through competitions, activities, incubation centres and a rich alumni network, thus helping them push the envelope and become the leaders of tomorrow.
